Bought these a few months ago to help me with foot pain at work. Seemed good enough at first, but within hours I started getting weird pains in the upper half of my foot. Took off my socks to check and it turns out my skin was poking through the holes in the sole, for lack of a better description. I've attached a photo as proof. It's a horrible feeling, and I still have the marks months later.Would definitely not recommend if you've got sensitive skin on your feet. Too bad I can't return them, it was a waste of money.These are amazing! I work in fast food so im constantly on my feet for 9 hours on hard floors, at one point I thought I was going to have to find a new job due to the amount of pain in my feet during and after work. A friend recommended these and ever since my feet haven't hurt at all. I couldn't recommend these enough. I love them!I rarely write reviews, but I had to write this one to warn people. This is THE WORST pair of soles you can buy for your shoes. I work 12 hour shifts and I need comfortable soles. These are not comfortable at all. In the opposite, it felt like there was nothing between my feet and the shoes. Also my feet were getting so incredibly sweaty that they started to peel off really bad. Believe it or not, once Primark opened up I bought new soles of the price of £1, my feet feel comfy, and no more creazy sweat.I work in fast food and I’m on my feet for long periods of time so my feet ache horribly! I bought this in hopes to make my work shoes more comfortable and provide more support.Having said that, the insoles are completely and utterly useless and practically unusable!!! They are way too thick for any shoe. I’ve tried them with all of my shoes and they make they shoe unwearable. Waste of money! I’ve thrown mine in the bin!I got these for my wife and I think she has found them pretty good. I would though note that the trimming guides are not all that easy to follow. I found then a bit tricky to fit into her shoes for her by managed it by fitting the heels first and rolling the front into the toes of the shoes and smoothing them down.
