These shoes inserts came shipped in a box and were not bent or misshapen in any way coming out of the box. On closer look, the texture of the sole isn't too squishy but firm with supportive give to cushion each step. There is arch support which is a bonus. I like that the rear of the insert is raised to cradle the heels of my feet. No need to cut them down to size either! Bought these to put in some walking shoes.Purchased a pair fir my teenager since he wears down his sneakers a bit differently. He loved them.I wear a size 12, C width shoe. These insoles didn't work for me. The outside of the insoles were raised too high, putting pressure on the outside of my foot. In addition, the arch support seems to be placed too far to the rear and doesn't align with the arch in my foot. Interestingly, I tried to reduce the height of the outer insole by shaving off the bottom of the insole. I tried 40 grit sandpaper, a file and a rasp. nothing removed any material. I don't know what material they used for the bottom of the insole, but it's tough stuff. After wearing them for half a day my toes were starting to cramp. Instead of being soft material that your feet sink in to these were so hard they started to tear a hole in both my socks in the same place. It feels like these push my feet forward since they are so hard my feet just slide off them.Sometimes just a little lift and cushion is all that is needed to fix a poorly fitting shoe. I have a new pair of snow boots which dug into the outer side of my ankle. I realized that just a small left would take the pressure off of that ankle. These insoles did the trick, easily and in a cost effective manner. They cut easily to fit, with the insoles marked for the sizing cut to be made. After inserting the insole my foot was now lifted a few millimeters, lifting the outside of my ankle away from the boot edge. Now I can wear my boots, comfortably. I hope they hold up. They have every appearance that they will!As an avid 3d printing enthusiast and someone with low arches and misc foot aches and pains, I was very excited to try the Eryone 3d printed insoles. I've 3d printed with the Eryone PLA filament and UV resin for a few years and was always satisfied with them, but I wasn't sure how well that would translate to a 3d printed consumer product. My concern was eased when I saw the nice packaging and the quality looking insoles within.Pre-apologies as I geek out a little....but the 3d printed portion of the insoles look fantastic. The soft inner portion is just infill, no bottom layers, with the infill density set to provide the desired amount of softness. I love that the logo, size and cut indicator line are 3d printed as part of the insole design. As far as actual insoles, they've been quite comfortable. I can feel the additional arch support, but it's not so much that it makes my arches ache. I work from home and haven't had a chance to wear them for long periods of time, but they've been fine during my "have to run a few errands" outings over the last couple weeks.I ordered size 8-9 and they were just slightly smaller than the original size 8 insoles from my shoes. They still fit very well, but if you're a size 9 then I'd order a size 10-11 and plan to trim it a little.Overall I'm quite happy with these insoles and I think they're a good value. I am curios how well they hold up over time though and plan to update my review if I run into any problems.I like the feel and design but my size 10.5 came in nearly 1 full inch too short. I had to return all 3 pairs. But i will reorder one pair to be sure they have the size right this time. I was so surprised the size was so off.The Aultuotion Arch Support Orthotic Shoe Insoles provide more than enough support. In my opinion, they are very rigid, but the cloth layer is soft and comfortable enough to wear during your workday. I found the arch to be higher than most orthotic and that will work great for anyone needing increased arch support. I don't need much arch support, and therefore, I don't think I could wear these orthotics every day. I was a bit skeptical of the 3D printing, but my concerns were unfounded. Perhaps the 3D printing adds even more rigidity than other orthotics that I've used. Overall, I have a positive view of these orthotics and I'll probably wear them in my dress shoes once or twice a week.
