These insoles were not what I was looking for, they are too tough for me and feel similar to my Chacos. They did not provide me with the comfort that I need but if you are looking for strong support then these are for you!These little insoles are the real deal. I had horrible plantar fasciitis that was unmanaged even after injections in my heels and feet. I had tried everything and all the different and more expensive insoles that did not work as well as these little guys. You just cut the toe part to fit your shoe size and slip in. The only negative I have found is these make my shoes squeak a little but I’d rather deal with a little squeaky shoe than excruciating foot pain.My husband is a mechanic on heavy equipment and is on his feet 10 to 12 hours a day. He was experiencing pain even with his expensive work boots. I thought I would see if these would help. The first day he put them in his boots he was happy with them. He can now do other things when he gets off beside sitting all evening trying to recover and rest his feet for the next day.I have the worst heel pain and these helped tremendously! The only issue I have is that they only last about 4 months before they need to be replaced.I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for years. These are the best insoles I've ever had. They allow me to do my 3-mile walks with less pain than ever.Made my tennis shoes squeak I put the liners in a different pair of shoes and no squeakThere very firm on the back half of the foot. I was hoping for softer, but I got what I got.My wife bought these for her. She is constantly in heel pain because of her plantar fasciitis. She felt instant relief on her heel. She says is the best insoles she has ever used. We only gave 4 stars because it would have been nice that we were informed to buy it a smaller size in order to fit the shoes well and is not super tight otherwise wife is very happy.Die Schuhgrößen sind großzügig bemessen, aber per Schere einkürzbar. Eine Haltungsanpassung (evtl sogar besserung) ist locker denkbar, kann aber auch nur Einbildung sein. Jedenfalls wertet es die Einlagen billiger Schuhe auf.
