I run a retail store with my husband and we work all day standing and walking.I have painful plantar fasciitis, also have a flat feet. I've tried all kinds of insole including Dr. school but those didn't work well. too thick and hard so it even hurts my ankle.However, this one is perfectly fit with my shoes and makes me feel way much pain because of strong and soft arch and it even has the heel support.One more thing is odor gone away! Now my hubby's feet are neat and fresh!These are very comfortable insoles. They have excellent support in all the right places and fit into my shoes perfectly. The problem is they're not neoprene like most insoles, they're a slick, unbreathable plastic. I loved them until the weather started getting warm then I realized that the plastic just bounced the heat right back at my feet making them super hot and sweaty. I ended up taking them out of my shoes, but after washing them I put them in my drawer for next winter when I'll be wearing thicker socks. I like the fit and support of these insoles but the material makes them not so great.This is ideal for tight shoes. My daughter was able to fit it into a pair of designer boots even though it originally barely fit her feet.Chsuioning is above average for the thickness, but don't expect any arch or planter fascitis support.These have got to be so far one of the best purchases I’ve made! I put them on my yeezy and boy! Did it feel like as if I was walking on clouds! Lol but seriously they are comfortable and since I work long hours and I’m on my feet most of the time these insoles get the job done! I’d buy another pair!Not at all comfortable, it felt like I was walking on a mostly deflated balloon. The air would just mush from one end to the other as I walked. Not a feeling I enjoyed.My house slipper moccasins have no arch support. I have used Dr. Scholl's in the past, but they no longer make the type I like. I have tried other support inserts, which do not feel as good as the old ones. These work perfectly and provide good solid support.
