Omg do I love these! They are won-der-ful!! I have serious foot issues and have to wear custom orthotics. I'm limited in shoes I can wear because I need them wide enough to get the orthotic in the shoe. Although the orthotics fit in these, I like the insole it came with! There are nubbies on them and the arch support is decent. I've been wearing them for about 2 hours and my feet haven't hurt. I have to wear the strap on the back though which I didn't anticipate but it's working fine. I wear a size 9 wide in sneakers and one other name brand shoe. I ordered the women's 8-9 and they are perfect. My toes are right to the top but they are perfect. If I don't wear the strap my foot slides right out of them. I love them! I got the gray and it's gorgeous! Will order again!!!
