I really like the look of this insole, for me, especially the ridge behind the toes and the metatarsal support. I also bought some acupressure-like sandals at the same time, and they hurt a lot more, these are less painful.I gave it a 4 because the sizes are not accurate (purchase based on men's size, the women's ones are incorrect) and there is a note in the pamphlet accompanying the insoles about not using them with brands of shoes other than Break Walker, which is concerning to me.I think it might be helpful to note more about the sizes. I wear a women's size 11, which is generally a men's 9.5. The sizes listed for this product are 9M/11W or 9.5M/11.5W. Since these don't match what I expected, I purchased both and it seems that the men's size is accurate, the women's size is not. In summary, to calculate the men's size from the woman's size, subtract 1.5, and buy based on the men's size.In the box with the insoles is a "Special Reminder" that these insoles are only to be worn with Break Walker massage shoes. "please do not use this insole with shoes of other brands". I'm assuming that most people ignore this, but just putting it out there.
