I ordered these in my proper size; however, they came in a much bigger size with markings on where to cut them. I cut them down to my size - 43, and they fit my shoe very well. The markings were not the easiest to read because the line was dashed and the dashes were spread out, so as the lines curved to the edge, it wasn't very easy to follow which line was which.. but I managed to do it by triple checking the lines before I made a cut.Once in my shoe, they made my sole feel much better and didn't add too much height so that it was difficult to get my foot in the shoe.
