I noticed a difference immediately after using these inserts in my regular shoes. My doctor recommended them and I’m so happy he did. My planters fasciitis is almost gone! And I have the inserts in all of my shoes.I started walking 4-5 miles per day due to COVID. After a while I started having problems with my knees and the balls of my feet were sore. I did some research around insoles and came across these that were cut for a woman's narrow foot. I thought they were expensive but I am so happy I made the investment. I have had them for 3 weeks and I have much more cushion, arch support and my knees have stopped hurting. I never had given it a thought to replace the insoles before and highly recommend that you do this. My husband has had 2 knee surgeries so now I have convinced him to do the same. They have a 30 day guarantee which is terrific. BTW, I wear New Balance shoes-size 8 and the fit was perfect. I did not need to trim.When we get new shoes the first thing we do is get rid of the poor quality insoles that come with them. When we purchase shoes at our local top end shoe store they have a machine to stand on which helps select the proper insole for that shoe. Unfortunately, when purchasing shoes online you don't have that advantage. These insoles are better than average but not as high quality as we would normally choose.I liked that they are supportive but not too thick. Great for walking too.I really wanted to like these inserts. The heel cup was very nice and the cushion on the ball if the foot was excellent. There was zero arch support. All that cushion did not help when my arches were screaming from no support. If you aren't one who needs arch support, these insoles will work. If not, don't purchase. The lack of arches has caused my plantar fasciitis to flare up again.Arch isn’t high enough for me, but if you don’t need a high arch these are otherwise pretty quality. They seem like they will hold up over time, unlike the inserts you can get at the grocery store. The heel is cushioned pretty well, really the whole insert has good cushion. If the arch were a little higher I would use these.Unfortunately, can’t return them bc I had to cut them to shape to fit in my shoe so I’m just gonna end up throwing them out once I find a better fit.I bought these for my running shoes and am very happy with them! I can feel the difference as my foot impacts the ground and I've also worn them for some HIIT workouts. It took a couple days for my foot to adjust but once adjusted, it feels great! There's a ton of support under the heel and they fit perfectly into my shoes. Definitely recommend these if you are a runner.I found these insoles to be more supportive in the heel than most other insoles. I am now walking and jogging with greater support under my heel. The ground doesn't feel so hard anymore, the shock is reduced. I feel a bit more steady and strong at speed. It allows me to focus on my form.I replaced my running shoes standard insoles with these. I did have to trim them a bit to fit in my shoes, but not a big deal. I will be taking these insoles shopping with me when I purchase my next pair of running shoes!
