A friend recommended these so I tried them. They seemed to be helping and were fairly comfortable. Bought new work boots and forgot to take them out of the old boots before I got rid of them. Figured it out halfway through day one of the new boots. The two days I was waiting for my new insoles to come were agony. My arch is slowly recovering. Never again will I be without these. Have them in every pair of shoes now and my house slippers. I use the partial length ones and just use a piece of double sided tape on the very front to keep them in place. Absolutely love them.Excellent support. Recommended by my son who has problems with flat feet his entire life. I finally started having issues after 40 years of pounding concrete at a factory. Tried multiple boots. Dropped the inserts in, (have to ensure they stay positioned at the base of the heel while inserting your foot), immediate pain elimination. Just ordered my 2nd pair.My podiatrist recommended this brand in full length. I found this 3/4 length also and bought both. Like this one better because of the hard plastics bottom support for my high arch feet. Kept them both but will only buy this 3/4 length again.I tore a ligament in my foot and had pain walking for two months— I had a trip planned to hike the Inca Trail in Peru and my Doctor didn’t think I should go, but since I’m stubborn and insisted on going, he recommended these orthotics and they definitely saved me. They provided lots of support and comfort that I needed along the trail. Definitely a great purchase for anyone with low arches or foot injuries.I ordered the product that was suggested by my foot Dr. I exchange the insoles in all of my shoes and now I can wear the shoes with no pain. They provide what's needed for my high arch. This was great. It helped my 11yr old daughter to relieve her pain from fallen arches. However they were so wide and she had to get bigger shoes ro fit them which was an inconvenience. She also had get 11-13 size inserts to fit her arch when her shoe size was 7.I've used these for years and they work well. There is a thin version as well which you can use in dress shoes.I purchased my first pair of Spenco arch supports in the 1990s from a medical supply store and still have them. I use several pair in my most often worn shoes. I move a pair of Spencos to seldom worn shoes when I need them. Make sure you get the ones with the plastic inserts. The plastic is the "active ingredient". Long after the green fabric wears away, those plastic inserts keep on working. When they become less supportive with time (maybe a year or more), you can put them in boiling water, remove and bend them to restore the former amount of arch lift. Regular shoe insoles do not provide enough lift as these arch supports. I had terrible foot pain until a friend told me about these. Prior to that I purchased a multitude of other foot care products trying to find relief without success. When you first start wearing them, there is a short "break In" period of about a week or two as your flat foot gets used to the insole. Then you don't notice wearing it anymore. What you will notice is that your foot pain is gone. Not really a slim insole that you could wear in low profile shoes.Personally it wouldn't fit in any of my shoes comfortably.Cant return and now am stuck with it sitting in a box.Quite impressed with this item's quality. Wify is happy. Does the job for a very reasonable price!Great product and arrived on time.Work every bit as well as custom orthotics..I finally found the answer to my fallen arches....this works!
