Size 8 to 12? Arch length is a real thing; this tells the manufacturer where to place the arch support. And I didn't think the arch was so far off until I placed it on my foot and felt for the most support. What's wrong? The support has to be moved forward from heel to properly align with and support my arch. In retrospect, low arch height may make it more difficult to guage where arch should be placed; I did replicate this oddity with some other supports I have that are lower than I feel comfortable with. Both my feet can be comfortable in a medium to high arch support. My foot size is on the lower end of the sizing; no idea how the sizing accommodates those feet on the higher end near size 12?I've tried these supports in more than one pair of active shoes; the result is the same. The right foot gets fatigued with continuous steps that may exceed 2000 at a brisk pace. I'm just not getting the support I need. My right arch is higher and foot is slightly longer. My left foot seems secure, comfortable and relaxed in this support. I really like these for their wider wrap around at the mid foot and grip offered by outermost surface but wish my right foot was as comfortable in them. They do make the foot feel secure with its design.These supports could be a little higher in the arch. The metatarsal support was a little high for comfort, initially. But I adapted to it or it adapted to me. But the arch won't be able to better adapt my right foot. This review did not include a purchase. But for me to consider a purchase, the arch needs to be higher and the price could be less.I go back and forth between gel and memory foam show inserts - it's hard to choose between them really. They both have their pros and cons, but overall I like them both, and this is a good pair of the gel kind. These have five different layers of material which makes them both comfortable and quite shock absorbent. I wear these in walking shoes on various trail hikes, which I do on an almost daily basis. They were easy to cut to size and are holding up well in the time I have had them - several weeks now. I recently bought a new pair of hiking shoes and the break in period has resulted in a few blisters on my big toe and the ball of my foot. Having these inserts to put into my new hiking shoes has alleviated that problem almost completely - and I am able to walk further than I otherwise would have been able to do. I typically hike between 3-6 miles a day, but with the new shoes I was struggling at mile two and three. These insert put me back on track and I am able to hit the high end of my mile numbers again. Very pleased with this product.I guess the thing that really drew me to these insoles are the multi layers including the silicone shock absorption gel on the heels as well as the deep heel cups and side walls or somewhat arch support. Comparing with some of my other insoles in the past, these features do really stood out and are better than my older insoles. Personally, the cup fittings on my heels are just about right and very snugly as well. These do help with long hours of standing, comfortable to wear, breathable and easy to wash or clean and air dry too as needed. The textured on the gel and honeycomb pattern on the foam pads do prevent slipping. My only gripe with these insoles is mostly the price, it's a little on the higher end comparing with my previous insoles but may be worth the price for some considering all the benefits. Also, the foam pads are a little thin but not really a big deal for me, easy to cut to fit my size 9 shoes. Other than that, I do like these and will definitely keep wearing these until the recommended change cycle which is about every three months (may be a little longer for me :). Well made, durable, and great for sports, daily wear or just standing around.These insoles provide good heel support for me. They are made to help prevent supination so your foot is angled properly when standing/running. They aren’t as soft as I was expecting but with running you don’t need soft. They also have a good arch support and there is a raised area in the middle that I find very comfortable. They are easy to trim to size, I recommend taking the current insole out of your shoe that you intend to use these with and put it up to the insole prior to cutting so you get the correct fit. There are guidelines to follow on the bottom of the insoles to cut as well.I got this "INMY Arch Support Insoles" to try. To be honest, this is one of the most comfortable insoles I used. It provided great support on the arch. It is great for some one who stand or walk a lot.On the other hand, this is also one of the most expensive insoles I've reviewed. Even it comes with excellent quality, I'm not sure if it is worth the price tag.Recommended if price is not an issue for you. Even though broken bones heals fine according to the doctor my foot really does not feel the same. In order to gain more support, I use insoles in all of my shoes. Even in a summer time, I abandoned wearing sandals that have no support and resort to wearing running shoes instead.The product is well-made with great material. It is well fitted, soft, bouncy, comfortable, and also provided arch support.The arch support and soft platform help to ease my leg pain for a short or long walk.It will be great to have a darker color inside so the sweaty stain will not be shown so obviously.
