The company added a plastic piece glued to the heel to address the supination problem. It is a cheap fix if it worked. Unfortunately, the plastic piece keeps coming unglued and I have to re-glue it on a regular basis. The heel becomes very uncomfortable when that happens. The insole is no good for exercising. I have had better luck gluing and taping scrap foam rubber on the ouside heel and edge to correct my supination. Wasn't wearing the shoes with the insole during the warranty process. Thirty bucks wasted.
