2 stars: because the product has a nice cloth top. And that's the only pro of this product.3 stars are taken away because - It does not do anything it claims. It is very light at Metatarsal area and does not alleviate Metatarsal pains during activity. It is worse than a cheap five dollar regular insole sold at drugstore. It is high at the heal and it makes uncomfortable to wear. If you use it for any activity, you may end up titling your foot (which you will not do even with pain but without this pad). It is that bad.
