One of the soles has a bit of a sticky pad on the bottom to keep it in place. The other sole didn’t. Not a huge deal, but noted.These give my shoes a much better feel to them. I use them in my exercise tennis shoes. The old soles were worn out and stripped apart. These are a great way to bring your shoes back to life.I'm flat footed so any arch support is more than I need, but these lean toward the heavier side of arch support so they make my shoes uncomfortable. I needed insoles to put under the inner sole of shoes with zero padding and these will do that, but yeah, the arch support makes them less comfortable than they otherwise would be.Padding is thin not luxurious. If you need heavy padding look elsewhere. These are okay but I would only put them over or under other shoe insole padding unless you are young and your knees and feet can take the shock.I tend to have heel pain, so I’ve been using inner soles for years. The QBK insoles for plantar fasciitis relief really make a difference. They have a molded heel support that is thick and cushiony. The arch support adds extra comfort as well. These inserts have a whimsical summery wave pattern design, which won’t be seen, but it makes them look more fun. They come with clearly embossed markings on the front half, in case you need to trim the innersoles down to the right range size of them. You do need a good pair of scissors, but nothing fancy, so it’s easy. For these reasons and the comfort they provide all day, I highly recommend the QBK insoles!The product description for these insoles sounds nice and the insoles look nice. Unfortunately, they disappointed me when I tried to use them. The arches are too soft and flexible to give me any noticeable arch support and arch support is the main feature of these "Flat Feet Arch Support" insoles. The insoles do have decent cushioning, but so do a lot of cheaper products.
