Great insoles at an unbeatable price! I usually wear flats at work, but it's very difficult to find cute shoes with good support that aren't heinously expensive. My solution has been to pop insoles into my regular shoes, and these are some of my favorites I've gotten (and much cheaper than comparable sets!) The gel is a nice density, and the suede finish top is comfortable to walk around on all day. The only problem I've had with them is that they're so flexible, they don't always stay put in my shoes, and can bunch up at the toes or flop out of the back. Running up stairs with flats usually has them clapping against my heels, which feels (and probably looks) a little odd! However, it's a minor issue, and I like these better than the foam ones I was using before. I'll likely purchase these again. These are great insoles at a great price. The support they offer sets them apart from other thicker gel insolesthat take up so much room in your shoes but fail to provide the needed heel and arch support they that these do. These are comfortable in your shoe that you barely know that they are there. The top side has suede like cover that feels like the lining of a regular shoe the gel insole layer is under that and then the added heel and arch support are thinly attached to the bottom layer. These can be great with or without socks and you would pay a lot more for this thin idea in stores.Pros: These are super comfortable--HUGE plus. As in, really, really comfortable!Cons:I haven't used them much however, because they are too thick for a lot of the shoes I own (mostly flats in which I just slip my feet into). These would be much better suited for sneakers (which I just about never wear). The other issue is that every time I put my foot in the shoe, I have to do so very very carefully so that the insoles don't move around or bunch up (and I usually have to adjust after my foot is in there too). And then, every time I remove my foot from my shoe, it lifts the pad up and out of the shoe. In other words, it's really not all that convenient!A pain to cut, a pain to re-cut to fit the shoe (as the lines given do not create a shape that fits the shoe properly), and a pain to insert. I worry that the insoles will shift over time because there is no adhesive, only the lower gel surface, holding them to the shoe.I was hoping this would take the pain out of my feet when I stand or walk, but not so much. They fit in my shoes okay but weren't all that comfortable and didn't take care of the pain as I had hoped. It's so disappointing not to be able to find something that helps foot pain. Of course, I do find that stretching helps. But, the burning in the feet that happens occasionally is very uncomfortable. I feel for those who have peripheral neuropathy and burn all the time. It's quite uncomfortable and pain medication doesn't seem to help.Needed some gel insoles to replace my very old Dr. Scholl's. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these insoles given the cheap price. They were easy to cut down to my size 6.5 shoe size and I really don't feel much difference between these, a store brand, and the Dr. Schills. I've only been wearing these new insoles a few weeks and have yet to wash them, so I can't testify to the long terrn quality, but as of now, they get 5 stars from me! Will order again should the need arise. Hope this helps!I have foot trouble from time to time with stone bruises and general tired feet and these really help me. I don't keep them adhered in just one pair of shoes so they do tend to slip around if I do too much movement, for instance, during dance rehearsals for my school's musical, they would become extremely displaced to the point where I would have to take them out and continue.Overall they are great, they are comfortable and with normal wear, they Sadi stay out without any type of adhesiveI wear there in my shoes 7 days a week and for 1 month it felt great but seemed to be less and less support each day. Was hoping it could stand up to the 4 hours daily i have them on (in my shoes). But maybe not having a break on wearing them might of helped me to keep them longer. Other than that.. Fit great, easy to put in the shoe and adjust.Make my feet sweat and basically made no difference to pain in my feet and legs whilst standing all dayUseful instead of socksI bought these because I have (as yet undiagnosed) pain in my feet. They've definitely improved the comfort of my shoes and I would recommend.
