I have terrible over pronation on my left foot. Visually disturbing. Physically painful.I was skeptical, as I have bought a bunch of 'miracle' cures.These work! I put one into my Adidas Men's Solar Boost 21 Running Shoe (purchased on Amazon). It instantly removed that roll!I'll probably buy another set for other shoes, including dress shoes...Es buen producto y materialNeeds a lower price point and sell 2 lefts and 2 rights for those like me whose other heel is perfectly fineI love these! My current job has made my feet have terrible supination, so when I bought new work shoes-I bought these to go in them as well. I was afraid they wouldn’t stick at first as one kept falling out the night before, but after one day they are staying put and haven’t budged. They are made with a nice firm gel and are comfortable. Now wearing them at work at first is a bit of a bummer as it made my feet really sore. But from what I can tell, this is because my feet are being *corrected* and that takes a bit of time. I’m in my second week of wearing them now and every day the pain is less and less and it’s so nice to not have to be in pain all the time! I will definitely be buying more of these to put in all of my shoes! Thank you!I like the inserts, I like the way they feel, I like how they are transparent so I can even put them in sandals. But they don't stay in place. Not for a second.I used those double-sided sticky squares to hold them in place, and they work fine. But didn't the manufacturer test these? I shouldn't have to MacGyver them to make them work.The reason i bought this was because I have ankles that roll out and this didn't help much due to the lack of height, so this didn't work for me but might work for one who's ankles don't roll.The outside of my shoes wear out very fast. These help stabilize my feet and push them inward. Already bought 4 more pairs. They are comfy and do not hurt your heels. So far,.So good.Because my foot turns outward I was getting a callous on the outside of that foot. So it was hurting to walk. I know this foot turns outward and my leg is shorter on that side. These help but I wish you could reverse them. I don't need this on both shoes, just the right, so I am stuck because they come in right/left pairs
