I've used the protech control inserts for years. I went for these because they were quite a bit cheaper and I just couldn't afford the protech controls right now. I've had these for about 4 months now I think? They haven't held up as well as the protech controls, nor do they offer as much in the way of pain relief. However, if you can't afford the protech controls and are looking for something that will still help, these will do. They offer a decent amount of support and pain relief, and if I didn't have the protech controls to compare them to, I'd say they were really good.I have a pair and my coworkers do too. Standing on concrete all day is awful! The other reviews are honest about breaking these bad boys in.. that a must. My coworker just ran with it and her feet felt bruised for a while and that’s no fun when they already hurt. I bought some Walmart find planters insole arch support dr. Shoals maybe? Wore them for a couple weeks then stepped into these and didn’t have any problems. You’ll know when the cheap ones stop helping that’s when you need these! Worth every cent. The compression gloves and balls also help lots after a long day. I’m just glad my feet don’t hurt like they used toThe arch definitely covered my whole foot. It didn't cushion my whole foot like I expected. The insole seemed to center more on the arch of my foot than evenly cushioning my whole foot. Maybe I just need to get used to them.I bought these on the recommendation from a podiatrist, as I am flat footed (read absolutely no arch and will eventually require surgery) and have to get semi-regular shots in my feet for pain. I am on my feet regularly for my job and ignoring the issue was no longer an option. My immediate options were either custom orthotics or these. I initially ordered these for a pair of work boots, and after several shifts of being on my feet I immediately ordered them for my regular shoes. I now have these insoles in 5-6 different pairs of shoes! If you have flat feet and are experiencing pain, ask your doctor if these would work for you, because they absolutely worked for me!I like the insert, and I thin it's doing its job. Jury is still out on usefulness to help pain subside- need to use inserts longer. Happy so far. Had my local running store not suggested this brand, i might have gone for the ubiquitous Dr. Scholl's.I ordered one pair and they were so comfortable, I immediately ordered 2 more. I have arthritis in my feet and very high arches. The support these give me keeps me comfortable a lot longerI would not have a pair shoes without them. I’ve used these insults ever since I was diagnosed with planters fasciitis several years ago. They give good art support as as well as stabilize my foot in the heel cup. I usually go up a size when ordering so that it goes all the way to the front of my sneakers. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten these as per my podiatrist. After many years of use, the 1st pair needed to be replaced. I like the ability to move them to different shoes.Fit was fine and the initial comfort worked well. However about 8 hours into my first shift using these the foot pain came right back. It's not as bad as it was, but I guess I was expecting more from this product based on its claims and reviews by other buyers. £35+ for 2 bits of plastic & foam I'd rather have invested in different shoes/boots instead. This is the second time I have ordered these inserts. I have two pair of runners that I wear consistantly therefore I order two pair so whichever runner I grab I have the inserts. They are wonderful and have improved my heel pain. I have not had an episode of hobbling around since I started using them. Just love this product because "My Feet" love them.I have been ordering these insoles from Canada online from an American company, they were very expensive, and I had to pay duty on top. I have paid much less through Amazon.ca.For old feet like mine with reduced fat pads, these insoles are great for long walks/hikes.Nice cushiony. It doesn't give as much support as my custom made ones, but more comfortable than them. Will probably buy again.i have no arch and need support. I expected the pinnacle MAX to have more firm support (i.e a little more rigid so that it can support the arch that i don't have). unforutnately this is one of those cushy insoles. Its comfortable but not really worth the price imho
